Head Trainer - Chloe

Chloe Tascoff, our Head Trainer, has been obsessed with dogs for as long as anyone can remember—you could say she came out of the womb barking.

As a kid, her love for dogs was… unmistakable. Family legend has it she once crawled through the grocery store on all fours insisting everyone call her “Coco the Dog Boy.”

These days, Chloe has traded in the grocery store antics for serious training skills. She has a special love for German Shepherds and herding breeds, but her real passion is helping every dog—and their human—learn how to work together and actually enjoy life.

After leaving her teaching career in 2019 and building several successful marketing businesses, Chloe realized something was still missing. She wanted to do work that felt meaningful, hands-on, and true to who she is.

So in 2025, she and her four kids packed up and moved to their family’s century farm in Auglaize County, Ohio. Now she spends her days training dogs, homeschooling her crew, and slowly bringing the old homestead back to life.

It’s a bit feral around here, and exactly where she helps turn chaos into calm—for both dogs and the people who love them.

The Century Farm

Set on 80+ acres, Century Farmstead and Century Canine call the Hoelscher family farm home—a place that’s been proudly passed down through generations (and clearly built to handle a little chaos).

Around here, it’s a full house: goats, chickens, cats, dogs, and kids all doing their thing. Life on the farm is equal parts muddy boots, early mornings, and the shared mission of making both homesteading and well-trained dogs part of everyday life.

It’s not always quiet, and it’s pretty feral… but it’s always worth it.
